Age-Verified Delivery (Legal Requirement)

As knives are age-restricted items, we comply with UK law by implementing strict age verification at the time of purchase and delivery.

Proof of Age Required on Delivery – The recipient must be 18 or over and show valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, PASS card) when receiving the parcel.
No Delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers – To comply with legal requirements, we only deliver to residential or business addresses.
No "Leave in Safe Place" Options – Age-restricted items must not be left unattended, handed to a neighbour, or delivered without verification.

🔹 Failure to provide valid ID upon delivery will result in your parcel being returned to us, and you may incur a re-delivery charge.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to get your knife to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day, but please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch during busy periods.

Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
